Way Forward
At Zain we plan to further measure and reduce the environmental harmful impact of our operations both internally and externally. We plan to measure and reduce our carbon footprint as the first step towards becoming carbon neutral and in parallel, we are looking into using alternative sources of energy such as wind and solar power.
We seek to continue improving "Environmental Marketing" and we are still working towards the gradual implementation of the United Nations Global Compact.
We are also working to adhere to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) for benchmarking sustainability reporting.
