Zain confirms that it has received an offer in relation to its operations in Africa excluding Morocco and Sudan. The Board of Directors of Zain will be discussing this proposal on Sunday 14 February 2010 at 12:30 PM Kuwait time. Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
